- Standard technical logs needed to operate the service securely

How it is processed
What happens to it
- Billing data is used to produce your cost analysis and reports
- Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver the service
- Data is held in the region agreed at onboarding
- Retention periods are defined per environment and agreed in advance
- Prompt and completion content is never collected — see security and access
Your choices
What you can ask for
- You can revoke cloud access at any time
- You can request a copy of the data held about you
- You can request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations
